Terms and Conditions

• Bookings - The course fee must be paid on commencement of the first class. Failure to do so will mean that you may not be guaranteed a place in the following lessons and may be charged a non-discounted price for the class.
  
• Payment - Payment for the course can be made by cash or cheque payable to ‘Jyoti Shah’.
  
• Property & Person - The Veggie Kitchen shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property.

• Health and Safety - We expect all students to listen to all instructions given by the teacher of the class to prevent accidents from occurring. We recommend that appropriate clothing should be worn to classes and that hands are washed prior to class.
  

• Dates and Fees - The Veggie Kitchen reserves the right, under unavoidable circumstances, to alter the timing or content of any course at any time. All students will be notified as soon as is practically possible in the event of any change. If a class is cancelled, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for that class.
  
• Cancellation Policy - No refund of paid fees will be made upon commencement of the course under any circumstances. The course fee paid, entitles you to lessons on the agreed dates only. The deposit is non-refundable.
